Mischa by Mischa Barton

Growing up, The O.C was a big part of my life &  has left lasting ‘in jokes’ and nicknames in my family. I have always been Marissa, and since she left the show – shes been relatively low key on the publicity seen aside from a handbag line. So, I am super excited to hear the news she is launching a fashion line, called Mischa, yes not the most original. I loved her orange county princess style and I’m hoping to see some of this in the line no designs released yet but I’ll keep updated!

Hair Trouble

Lately, I am been having terrible hair envy due to the fact I am so disappointed with my hair. Flat, dull and boring. These images have given me inspiration, motivation to make more of an effort starting with actually getting my locks cut. An act that terrifies me.

Tea Cosy

On a day like today, I have chosen wisely to stay in curled up changing between, books, laptop and tv. My one constant is tea, now I am settled in my new place, a nice tea set would be lovely and I have found some beauties. Always accompliment with cakes.

Grecian Goddess

Tonight I am channelling Aphrodite, a night out as a Grecian Goddess for my friends Hen night; I pulled a corker when I got Greece for the Miss World theme so I have been researching about all things Goddess, which didn’t take me long as Greek Mythology and Gods are one of my favourite subjects. I created a mood board on Pinterest for my thoughts and now I am super excited for dress up time.

I have chosen a gold dress for H&M with a pair of Miu Miu-esque sandals with an indefinite number of bangles and gold painted Ivy leaves.

These beautiful images are my inspiration;

Girl Folk

One of my boyfriends favourite brands is Folk, he likes to think he’s got his finger on the pulse and I have to admit – that this time he has. He’s been a fan of the brand for quite some time, and even the Pretty Green sales director agrees in thinking that Folk is a cool brand. Now its my turn to join in, as they launch their ladies line which is has a tomboyish feel – perfect for lazy weekends and creative days at the office.

See some of the collection and give your opinion.
